These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EdgeScan mobile application ("Service") operated by EdgeScan ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

EdgeScan provides AI-powered statistical analysis of horse racing and football data. The Service is an analytical tool, not a gambling platform.

EdgeScan provides statistical analysis and data-driven insights only. We do not provide betting tips, financial advice, or gambling recommendations. Any decisions you make based on information from EdgeScan are entirely your own responsibility. If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly. 2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use EdgeScan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

EdgeScan offers free and paid subscription tiers.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service or its data.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI model weights, prompts, or internal logic.
Share your account credentials with others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, analysis, and data processing within EdgeScan are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute any output from the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using EdgeScan, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

EdgeScan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any financial losses resulting from decisions made using our analysis.
Service interruptions or data inaccuracies.
Third-party service outages (Supabase, Google Play, data providers).

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings in the app or by visiting our Account Deletion page. When you delete your account:

All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Google Play.
This action is irreversible.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
